Indication:

Self-leveling mixture is used for leveling horizontal concrete and cement-sand floors to be under ceramic tiles, linoleum, carpet, PVC, laminated plastic etc. Mixture is used for making self-leveling layers on the surfaces with low mechanical loadings and free of humidity, e.g. apartment houses, administrative and office buildings, public and industrial places.

Surface preparation:

The base must be dry and solid and the surface free of dust, oil and grease, bituminous mastic, glues, lacquer coating etc. Broken or cracked concrete must be cleaned and filled with putty or emulsion mixture (Shen). Clean surface should be covered by primer and dry for 4-6 hours. If the surface is absorbing the base should be treated by primer twice.

Consumption:

Self- leveling mixture consumption is about 1,8 kg/m2 of 1mm coating layer. The 25 kg sack is sufficient for 6-7 m2 of 2 mm coating. Mixture consumption quantity is strongly based on the surface structure.

Mixture preparing and working order:

Take the container with 5,5 – 6 liters of clean cold water (+15 - + 20 0 C) and add the content of one sack (25 kg). It is recommended to mix with a special mixer (400-800 rpm). After mixing the mixture shall be stayed for 5 min and then mixed again to get homogeneous structure. Pour out the mixture on the base then spread it on the whole surface by spreading knife, staple or other tool. Make the surface flat. Ready mixture can be used within 2 hours.
Attention: Water overdose can bring to further cracking after drying!

Storage:

To store in dry place, on wooden bottoms in original, not damaged sacks. Shelf time – 12 months.
